Each Summer for the past nine years, noted local custom bicycle builder
Steve Rex and his wife Peggy have sponsored a cycling fundraiser for the
Parkway Foundation. Please join us for the tenth anniversary of this
enjoyable ride celebrating the beautiful Jedediah Smith Memorial Trail.
The ride begins at William Pond Recreation Area. Riders first head toward
Discovery Park, where volunteers host a rest
stop with refreshments. Riders then go to Hazel Avenue, where there is a second rest stop. Finally, everyone meets back
at William Pond Recreation Area for a barbecue and beverages.
Participants may ride as much or as little of the 60-mile route as they wish.
Registration. The registration
fee is $75 per person*. The fee includes the ride, BBQ,
beverages, live music and a cool t-shirt! Please be sure to select
your correct t-shirt size.
To guarantee your t-shirt size, please pre-register by Monday, June
3rd. We cannot guarantee
t-shirt sizes for registrations after that date.
Only 499 riders can participate in
