Thank you for your interest in the American River Parkway Foundation’s Conference Room. To submit a request, please:

  • Complete the below application.
  • Email a Certificate of Liability Insurance designating the American River Parkway Foundation as a certificate holder to info@arpf.org.

The Conference Room can accommodate 20 people around the conference table, 70 individuals standing and 40 in a classroom setting. There is a nominal fee for the use of our conference room depending on length of time requested and number of attendees. If you are a user group of the American River Parkway, the fee is waived.

Hours of availability are Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
