Run the Parkway

Sacramento’s only running event that 100% benefits the American River Parkway Foundation!

The Sacramento Running Association (SRA) and the American River Parkway Foundation are proud to partner on the annual Run the Parkway event, and the Official Training Run of the California International Marathon! Proceeds from Run the Parkway will benefit the American River Parkway Foundation to help further our mission of supporting the conservation and enjoyment of the Parkway, specifically going towards our trail maintenance program.

Volunteer

Volunteer registration is open! We are looking for parking volunteers, packet pick-up volunteers, start line volunteers, finish line volunteers, beer garden volunteers, food court volunteers, course marshals, and aid station volunteers. Help us make this the best running event on the Parkway!
