2025 Spring Recreation Fair and American River Burger Battle Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer with ARPF at Discovery Park on May 17th.
Set Up 8:00am-10:00am
Tasks for this shift will include setting up the event space and preparing it for the start of the event.
Spring Rec Registration 9:30am-12:00pm
Spring Rec Registration 11:45am-2:15pm
Registration Volunteers will collect participant information and distribute ‘Bingo Passports’ to those visiting the vendor tables.
Burger Battle Registration 11:30am-2:00pm
Registration Volunteers will check in Burger Battle ticket holders and sell any remaining Burger Battle tickets to walk-ups.
Beer Pourers 11:30am-2:00pm (21+ years only)
Beer Pourers 1:45-4:00pm (21+ years only)
Pour beer samples for Burger Battle participants, check wristbands to make sure they have been IDed and are 21 years old, and assist beer vendors where needed.
Clean Up 3:30pm-5:30pm
Tasks for this shift will include picking up trash, tearing down the event space, and cleaning up.
