Join us on Saturday, December 5th, at William B. Pond Park for our very first Winter on the Parkway event! From 10 am to 1 pm, we will be kicking off a season full of cheer with a day of family fun, complete with:

• Photos with Santa
• A Dog Sweater Contest
• A kid’s holiday craft corner
• A Reindeer-themed Nature Walk
• Plus, a few more surprises!

Tickets are $5 per person, with all proceeds supporting the American River Parkway Foundation and the work we do to make the Parkway accessible to all. Your ticket includes a family photo with Santa and access to the holiday crafts, dog sweater contest, and reindeer-themed nature walk. Holiday refreshments will be available for purchase from our Parkway Pick-Me-Up coffee cart.

Photos with Santa: Santa Claus is coming to the Parkway! He’ll be in the ARPF Native Plant Garden to take a photo with your family.

Dog Sweater Contest: Grab your pup’s best holiday sweater and enter them in our Dog Sweater Contest to win.

Reindeer Walk: Do as the reindeer do and take a jaunt around William B. Pond on a self-guided reindeer-themed nature walk.
