American River Parkway Foundation Events
The Great American River Clean-Up (GARCU) is ARPF’s largest annual volunteer event and is held on California Coastal Cleanup Day in concert with the California Coastal Commission.
Join us for a day of recreational activities on the Parkway! This FREE event aims to showcase recreation vendors and promote outdoor activities.
The Parkway Foundation is proud to partner with the Sacramento Running Association on Run the Parkway, the Official Training Run of the California International Marathon!
Celebrate Earth Month by joining ARPF’s Spring Clean-Up! Volunteer your Saturday morning at one of our Spring Clean-Up sites along the American River and help beautify the Parkway.
Come dressed in white for a Summer Solstice celebration on the American River Parkway! Enjoy a farm-to-fork dinner and auction at William B Pond Park that benefits the Parkway Foundation.
